Australian House Plans offers a unique and innovative home plan design service not before experienced in Australia.
All international House Plans are re-designed and converted to meet with the Building Code of Australia’s requirements. We represent some of the best Home Designers across the Pacific.
Here is a selection of some of our home designs. We can use the plans as they are or alter them to suit your individual needs and make custom designed homes your reality.
As Rysha and Ron Hosking, directors of Farm Houses of Australia, travel the countryside, they keep a watchful eye out for classic examples of old Australian farm houses. These houses are then used as inspiration for the development of new designs to include in the ever-growing product range and are redeveloped with a modern theme without any loss of the traditional old charm.
All the Farm Houses of Australia designs feature a minimum of 2.7-metre ceilings, and while traditionally constructed using weatherboards, all designs can be reproduced in stone, reproduction stone, brick veneer, PVC weatherboards, and Weathertex or a combination of both. Or for that real rustic charm and minimum maintenance, Bluescope Steel’s Colorbond external cladding is available in an ever-expanding range of colours.
In all Farm Houses of Australia homes the bedrooms are large, taking into account the needs of today’s students. The country-style kitchens have large pantries and either stainless-steel or period stoves, wall ovens etc. Bathrooms and ensuites are included and designed to suit each individual client. No two homes are ever the same and, although the Ferny Hill is a single-storey design, it is available on request as an attic style.
Typical of old Australian country homes, the beautiful country-style kitchen is one of the many outstanding features of the Sorrento, a single-storey Federation farmhouse by Farm Houses of Australia.
